2022年5月10日

亲爱的电子游戏软件社区成员:

As we begin planning for the start of the 2022-2023 academic year, we write to provide an update about COVID-19 vaccination requirements for the coming year.

疫苗接种/助推器政策

电子游戏软件 will require all new undergraduate and graduate/professional students who plan to participate in activities on campus during the 2022-2023 fall semester be fully vaccinated and have their first booster (within six months of eligibility following the second dose of the original vaccination series) against COVID-19, 并在8月15日前将证明上传到大学健康服务中心. Those students who will not be eligible for their first booster by August 15 should contact UHS to discuss the timetable for their booster (six months after last dose).

University Health Services and Human 资源 will continue to assist international students and 教师 who may have difficulty in meeting this vaccination requirement.

目前的人力资源政策也是如此, all new 教师 and staff who will be on campus are required to be fully vaccinated and boosted, 并在到达BC之前通过Agora门户网站上传证明.  Those not eligible for their first booster by their start date should contact Human 资源 to discuss the timetable for their booster.

在这个时候,并计划在2022-2023秋季学期, the University strongly recommends that current and returning students, 教师, and staff obtain their successive boosters according to Center for Disease Control and Prevention and state and local Departments of Public Health guidance. Those with University-granted vaccination/booster exemptions will be required to follow masking and regular testing as outlined by UHS and Human 资源.

提醒一下, individuals are considered fully vaccinated (original series) two weeks after their second Moderna/Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination or two weeks after a Johnson & 约翰逊COVID-19疫苗, and deemed booster-eligible after four months of initial Moderna/Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination and two months after a Johnson & 约翰逊COVID-19疫苗.

COVID-19检测或疫苗接种/加强问题, 学生应致电大学健康服务中心 covidtesting@krissystems.com 和教师/工作人员可以联系人力资源部 HR@krissystems.com. New students seeking to request an exemption must fill out the COVID-19 Vaccination Exemption Request Form, 可以找到 在这里. 提交截止日期为2022年7月1日.  New 教师 and staff requesting an exemption must contact the Office of Institutional Diversity/Human 资源.
